Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-06-25

These terms govern your use of Yet To Live, operated by Yet To Live LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for your Counsel, you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

A one-time, personal Counsel on your life, created for you from the wisdom of people we select. We do not promise specific life outcomes. We promise the experience, the Counsel, and the terms below.

2. Account

You must be 18 or older. You must give accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service.

3. Payment

Payment is one-time. There is no recurring charge and no subscription. Prices may change for new customers; the price you paid is the price you paid.

4. Refunds

Your Counsel is a personal digital work created specifically for you. Refunds are therefore limited and based on consumption: a refund may be requested within 14 days of delivery, and only if you have not meaningfully read or downloaded the Counsel. Once the Counsel has been substantially accessed, its value has been delivered and it is non-refundable. Requests are handled case by case at [email protected].

5. Your Counsel is not medical, legal, or financial advice

Your Counsel is a personal artifact based on what you tell us. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, legal counsel, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

6. Your data

How we collect, store, and use your data is described in the Privacy policy. Briefly: we encrypt what you share, the people who contribute to your Counsel see your story with your name removed, we do not sell your data, and you can request deletion.

7. Intellectual property

Your Counsel belongs to you. The system and process that produce it, and the brand, belong to us. You may share quotes from your Counsel privately. You may not republish it as a product.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to harm yourself or others. You may not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or resell the underlying system. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent the refund.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate without cause, we will refund what you paid.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. The service is provided "as is."

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Yet To Live LLC is incorporated.

12. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you materially, we will tell you by email and give you 30 days to object.
